design process.

A desire to understand the collective consciousness of our universe is quite unattainable, but it is what motivates me to design, create, and appreciate the work of others. To solve a problem, one must first understand it. A deeper understanding allows for a connection to the design that gives a sense of compassion. Compassion gives a pure experience that helps to identify the issue on an intimate level. Once an understanding is made of what the problem/task might be, usually digitally done the prototype/sketching phase begins. The created mockup is used to do a bit of field testing with the collected feedback refinements in the design are made, thus resulting in the final design.

philosophy.

Being a part of the universe is what it means to create designs, despite the hardships we deal with, or the joy we feel, expression is what remains. Design is to me as the Matrix is to Neo. The Fibonacci sequence gave us the reasoning behind the design of our universe.

Humans, with the desire to progress designed their lives to exist within this universe by experimenting and innovating tools we use to survive. To further enjoy our existence, we designed entertainment and artwork to share our views and findings. A philosopher who designs could be a defining title, however, the notion of being everything but nothing echoes through the walls of my code.

To design is the opportunity to express and reveal our perspective for the rest of humanity to interpret – while the best part may be to witness the interpretations. A career goal would be creating designs/content that is fueled by the notion of human ethics and progression, instead of the current design model of trying to keep human attention for longer periods of time, to sell or exploit it.
